Please find the attached permit application, check, figure, well <br /> specifications, and boring logs. Karen Bassette of the CRWQCB will require that the following <br /> be completed: <br /> • Wells will be sounded prior to commencement of grouting activities in order to confirm <br /> depths. <br /> • The volume of grout necessary to fill casing and filter pack will be calculated prior to <br /> pumping. <br /> • The volume of grout pumped into each well will be accurately measured and monitored. <br /> • Casings will be cut five feet below ground surface. <br /> Please notify me as soon as possible at (408) 232-2892 when approval has been granted. <br /> Ei <br /> --- <br /> son <br /> Rust Environment and Infrastructure <br /> Quality through teamwork �� <br />
