Fact Sheet • • <br /> Page 2 <br /> February 25, 1991 <br /> Other wastes that are stored in Building 605 : phosphoric <br /> acid, mercury, vanadium, lead, used oils , phenol , methyl ethyl <br /> ketone, methyl alcohol, toluene, cyclohexylamine, dimethyl <br /> formamide , acetonitrile , and asbestos. Building 605 has a <br /> capacity of 281 55-gallon drums ( 15 ,455 gallons ) and all <br /> incompatible wastes are separated from each other. <br /> Building 530 has a capacity of 100 55-gallon drums ( 5 , 500 <br /> gallons ) and is used only to store the hazardous sand residue. <br /> Regulatory Basis: The permit application, which consists of <br /> an Operation Plan, has been reviewed and found to be <br /> substantially complete. <br /> All conditions and terms of the draft permits are required <br /> under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; 42 U.S.C. <br /> Section 6901 e.t. seq. ; Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations <br /> (CFR) Parts 264 and 270 , California Health and Safety Code <br /> (H&S) , Division 20 , Chapter 6.5 , and Title 22 , California Code <br /> of Regulations , Division 4 , Chapter 30. <br /> For further information on this matter, interested persons may <br /> view the draft permits and related documents at the following <br /> locations: <br /> Department of Health Services <br /> Toxic Substances Control Program - Region 1 <br /> 10151 Croydon Way, Suite 3 <br /> Sacramento, CA 95827 <br /> ATTN: Mr. Keith Riley <br /> Stockton Public Library <br /> 605 North E1 Dorado Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> Public Involvement: Any interested person may submit written <br /> comments on the draft permits during the 45-day comment <br /> period. Any person may request a public hearing. A request <br /> for a public hearing must be in writing and must state the <br /> nature of the issues proposed to be raised in the hearing. <br /> Comments or requests for a public hearing must be mailed to <br /> either address listed below no later than April 2 , 1991 .
