DDRV--Sharpe CA210020832 <br /> Hazardous vaste Facility Permit <br /> 2/15/91 <br /> II. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> A. Effect of Permit <br /> 1. The issuance of this permit by the California Department of <br /> Health Services (Department) does not release the owner or <br /> operator from any liability or duty imposed by federal or <br /> state statutes and regulations or local ordinances, except <br /> the obligation to obtain this permit. In particular, unless <br /> otherwise specifically provided in this permit, the o er or <br /> operator shall comply with the provisions of the Health and <br /> Safety Code (H&SC) , Division 20, Chapter 6 .5 and the <br /> California Code of Regulations (CCR) , Division 4 , <br /> Chapter 30. <br /> 2. Issuance of this permit by the Department does not prevent <br /> the Department from adopting or amending regulations , <br /> issuing administrative orders, or obtaining judicial orders <br /> which impose requirements which are in addition to or more <br /> stringent than those in existence at the time this permit <br /> was issued. The owner or operator shall comply with any <br /> such additional or more stringent requirements in addition <br /> to the requirements and conditions specified in the permit. <br /> Vhere appropriate, this permit is also subject to E&SC <br /> Sections 25159.5 and 25159.6 relating to the Inco oration <br /> of Federal regulations in the absence of equivalent State <br /> regulations. <br /> B. Reference <br /> -All information, reports , submittals or notices required by the <br /> Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Resource Conservation and <br /> Recovery Act (RCRA) permit shall be submitted, if applicable, to <br /> the Region Dne Regional Administrator. The .owner or. Aerator <br /> shall allow the Department, or any authorized representiLtive of <br /> the Department or EPA's Regional Director, the state Vater <br /> Resources Control Board, the Regional Vater Quality Contr 1 Board <br /> or the local health agency, upon presentation of credent' s -and <br /> other documents as may be required by law, to enter and inspect <br /> the facility-.-- <br /> C. Specific Conditions <br /> 1. The owner and/or operator shall comply with the general . <br /> Z <br /> acility standards contained in CCR, Title 22, Article 18. <br /> 2. The owner and/or operator shall comply with prepareeness and <br /> preventionrequirementscontained in CCR, Title 22, <br /> Article 19. <br />
