The owner and/or operator shall comply with the contingency <br /> plan and emergency procedure requirements contained in CCR, <br /> Title 22, Article 20. <br /> 4. The owner and/or operator shall comply with the maxifest, <br /> record and report requirements contained in CCR, Title 22, <br /> Article 21. <br /> 5. The owner and/or operator shall comply with the closure and <br /> post-closure, if applicable, requirements contained is CCB, <br /> Title 22, Article 23. <br /> D. Land Disposal Restrictions <br /> The owner and/or operator shall comply with applicable pro isions <br /> of the land disposal restrictions as found in CCR, Title 22, <br /> Articles 15 , 40 and 41, and any subsequent applicable <br /> promulgations related thereto. <br /> The owner and/or operator shall retain on-site until closure of <br /> the facility, a copy of all notices , certifications , <br /> demonstrations , waste analyses data and other dOCUMelLtRtiOn <br /> related to the management of all wastes (for on-site or £f-site <br /> treatment, -storage or disposal) subject to land disposal <br /> restrictions. <br /> The owner and/or operator shall retain on-site, a waste analyses <br /> plan describing how and when wastes or treatment residues ,will be <br /> tested to comply with the land disposal regulations. <br /> E.
