California (Withdrawal Evaluation report) <br /> dated 28 April 1989 by ERC Environmental and Energy <br /> Services Company. <br /> -Draft Subsections 3 . 4 . 3 . 1 and 3 . 6. 3 . 1 of the Draft RI S <br /> Engineering Report (Draft RI/FS) , dated 25 May <br /> 1989 by Woodward-Clyde Consultants. <br /> The proposed action at DDTC is to install 16 extraction wells in <br /> a line along the northern border of the base. The extraction <br /> wells will be approximately 50 feet deep with 20 feet of well <br /> screen. The wells will be spaced at approximately 100 foot <br /> centers, and will be composed of PVC casing and stainless steel <br /> well screen. <br /> Comment 1: <br /> The Work Statement was signed by a California registered chemical <br /> engineer, the Pump Test report and Withdrawal Evaluation report <br /> were signed by a California certified engineering geologist. The <br /> Work Statement should also be signed by a California registered <br />
