The Permittee may store restricted wastes for up to one (1) <br /> year if such storage is solely for the purpose of the <br /> accumulation of the waste as necessary to facilitate proper <br /> recovery, treatment or disposal of the waste. The Permittee <br /> shall store such restricted wastes as required by 40 CFR <br /> 268.50(a) . If the Permittee stores restricted wastes for <br /> longer than one (1) year, the Permittee shall document that <br /> such storage is solely for the purpose of accumulation of <br /> the waste necessary to facilitate proper recovery , <br /> treatment, or disposal of the waste, as required by 40 CFR <br /> 268.50(b) . The Permittee shall maintain documentation of <br /> compliance with the requirements of 40 CFR 268.50 in the <br /> facility' s operating record. 140 CFR 268.50 and 270.32(b) ) <br /> d. The Permittee shall analyze all hazardous wastes and waste <br /> materials using the Toxicity Characteristic Leaching <br /> Procedure (TCLP) as specified in 40 CFR Part 268 , <br /> Appendix I. In order to identify new RCRA waste streams at <br /> the facility. [40 CFR 270.32(b) (2) ] <br /> C. SECURITY <br /> The Permittee shall comply with the security provisions described in <br /> Section VII.D of the Part B Application, as required by 40 CFR <br /> 264.14. [40 CFR 264.14) <br /> 1. The Permittee shall prevent the entry of unauthorized persons or <br /> livestock onto the active portion of the facility by maintaining <br /> the following: <br /> a. A fence in good condition or other artificial or natural <br /> barrier which completely surrounds the active portion of the <br /> facility and has gates or other means to control entry, as <br /> specified in 40 CFR 264.14(b) ; and [40 CFR 264.14(b) ] <br /> b. A means to control entry, at all times, through the gates or <br /> other entrances to the active portion of the facility (e.g. , <br /> an attendant, television monitors , locked entrance or <br /> controlled roadway access to the facility) . <br /> 2. The Permittee shall place signs on the entrance of Buildings 530 <br /> and 605 and at locations where it is anticipated that <br /> unauthorized persons may enter Buildings 530 and 605 as specified <br /> in 40 CFR 264.14(c) . The signs shall indicate that Buildings 530 <br /> and 605 contains hazardous waste. The signs must be legible from <br /> a distance of 25 feet with the legend, 'Danger-Unauthorized <br /> Personnel Keep Out. , <br /> D. INSPECTION <br /> The Permittee shall comply with the inspection requirements of 40 CFR <br /> 264 .15 and -264.174 in performing inspections of the facility, as <br /> specified in Section VIII .D of the Part B Application, and as <br /> 18 <br />
