Waste Minimization Certification SHAD will retain original signed copies for at least three years from the date of certification of the following statement on waste minimization. "I hereby certify under penalty of law that personngl under my direction and supervision at this facility are undertaking specific steps in accordance • with a program in place to minimize the amount and toxicity of hazardous wastes generated at this facility to a degree economically practicable and that the method utilized for the treatment, storage, or disposal of hazardous wastes is the practical method currently available to this facility which minimizes the present and future threat to human health and the environment. In addition, SHAD currently has in place a Hazardous Waste Minimization Plan. A copy of this Plan is included in the Sharpe Army Depot Hazardous Waste Management Plan. I-4 •(8-4-92)
