Right-of-entry lease is due to expire. Sacramento District Corps of <br /> Engineers is negotiating a new lease. <br /> 3. Lyon Communities (Country Squire) : MW #506, 518, 509, 503, 504, 523, <br /> and 524 <br /> Right-of-entry agreement in place. <br /> Right-of-entry (Easement) will be necessary for the construction and <br /> maintenance of proposed central area system extraction wells and pipeline on <br /> Country Squires' property. <br /> There are five agricultural wells on this property (AGW 3, 4, 5, 6, <br /> and 7). Per direction from California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> pumping has been ceased since the winter of 1991. <br /> 4. BMG Enterprise (MODTEC) : MW #510, 512, 525 <br /> There may be a need for Central Treatment System wells on this <br /> property. <br /> There are three agricultural wells on this property (AGW 8, 9, and <br /> 12). Two are inactive (AGW 8 and 9). AGW 12 ceased being pumped this <br /> winter. <br /> 5. Digorgio Corporation: <br /> There is one agricultural well (AGW 11) on this property. <br /> To date, no wells have been placed on this property. <br /> F.
