• ..rA; 1 <br /> 3.5.2 JTask 41-Construction Plans and Specifications The AE shall <br /> prepare detailed construction plans and specifications for construction of the <br /> groundwater remedial actions. The plans and specifications shall be prepared <br /> in accordance with Reference 10.1 of this SOW. The AE shall submit versions <br /> of these documents in accordance with the requirements of Section 4.0 and the <br /> schedule provided in Section 5.0 of this SOW. <br /> 3.5. 3 (Task 5)-Personnel Training Plan (PTP) . The AE shall prepare a <br /> plan for training personnel involved in the operation and maintenance of the <br /> groundwater treatment system. The plan shall outline both the introductory <br /> and continuing training programs, including safety training. programs, to <br /> prepare personnel to operate and maintain the facility in a safe manner. The <br /> plan shall include a brief description on how training will meet actual job <br /> tasks. The AE shall submit versions of this document in accordance with the <br /> requirements of Section 4.0 and the schedule provided in Section 5.0 of this <br /> SOW. <br /> 3.5.4 (Task 6)-Operations and Maintenance Plan (OMP) The AE shall <br /> prepare a plan describing the equipment, personnel, and services required for <br /> maintaining the system in proper operational condition. The AE shall also <br /> identify O&M data, maintenance schedule and any other information the con- <br /> struction contractor must provide. This information shall be included in the <br /> technical or special provisions of the construction specifications. <br /> 3.5.5 Task 71-Construction Quality Assurance Plan (COAP) m The AE <br /> shall prepare a plan describing the site specific components of the quality <br /> assurance program. The purpose is to assure that the completed facility meets <br /> or exceeds all design criteria, plans and specifications. The following ele- <br /> ments, as a minimum, shall be addressed: <br /> a. Responsibilities and authorities and required qualifications of all <br /> organizations and key personnel involved in the design and construction of the <br /> site remediation; <br /> b. Qualifications of the quality assurance personnel to demonstrate <br /> that they possess the training and experience necessary to fulfill their iden- <br /> tified responsibilities; <br /> C. The observations and tests that will be used to monitor construc- <br /> tion, and the frequency of performance of these activities; <br /> AA-5 <br />
