4.4 Identification of Responsible Personnel. Each report shall iden- <br /> tify the specific members and title of the AE's staff and subcontractors which <br /> had significant, specific input into the reports' preparation or review. All <br /> final submittals shall be sealed by the registered Professional Engineer-In- <br /> Charge. <br /> 4.5 Presentations. The AE shall make presentations of work performed <br /> according to the schedule in paragraph 6.0. Each presentation shall consist <br /> of a summary of the work accomplished and is anticipated to be followed by an <br /> open discussion among those present. For The purposes of negotiation, the AE <br /> shall assume that two people from the AE's company will attend each meeting. <br /> Each meeting should last 1 day and the meetings will be held at DDRWS or <br /> regulators office in Sacramento or San Francisco , California. <br /> 4.6 Minutes of Meetings. Following the presentation, the AE shall <br /> prepare and submit minutes of the meeting within 10 calendar days to the Con- <br /> tracting Officer. <br /> 4.7 Correspondence. The AE shall keep a record of each phone conversa- <br /> tion and written correspondence affecting decisions relating to the perfor- <br /> mance of this contract. A summary of the phone conversations and written cor- <br /> respondence shall be submitted with the monthly progress report to the Con- <br /> tracting Officer. <br /> 4.8 Project Control and Reporting. The AE shall prepare and submit a <br /> master network schedule, cost and manpower plan, monthly progress reports, <br /> technical progress reports, monthly individual performance report and <br /> cost/schedule variance report, work task proposals, and a program control plan <br /> in accordance with Section 4.5 of Appendix A to the basic contract SOW. <br /> a. Monthly Progress Report. The AE shall prepare and submit a monthly <br /> progress report describing the work performed since the previous report, work <br /> currently underway and work anticipated. The report shall state whether cur- <br /> rent work is on schedule. If the work is not on schedule, the AE shall state <br /> what actions are anticipated in order to get back on schedule. The report <br /> shall be submitted not later than the 10th day of each calendar month and <br /> shall discuss previous calendar month's activities. The report shall be sub- <br /> mitted to the Contracting Officer. <br /> 4.9 On-Site Coordination. The DDRWS point of contact is the DDRWS En- <br /> vironmental Office, ph. (209)982-2093. The AE shall keep them informed of day <br /> to day activities occurring on the facility. Where AE activities are likely <br /> AA-10 <br />
