No office space or covered facilities are available on DDRWS for the contrac- tor. 4. 10 Computer Files All final text files generated by the AE under this Contract shall be furnished to the Contracting Officer in WordStar 2000+ software, plus a copy of the specifications in ASCII IBM PC compatible format. All final design drawings and survey data generated by the AE under this Con- tract shall be digitized into a 3D design file, and furnished to the Contract- ing Officer on nine track, 1600 BPI, odd parity, ASCII computer magnetic tapes in Intergraph format utilizing VAX copy or backup. The Huntsville Division Graphics system consists of INTERGRAPH Corporation supplied workstations run- ning microstation 4.0 (3.X Emulation) and Inroads software, and all AE produced drawings shall be furnished in a format capable of being loaded into this system and manipulated without further translation or conversion. 4.11 Public Affairs. The AE shall not publicly disclose any data gen- erated or reviewed under this contract. The AE shall refer all requests for information concerning site conditions to the DDRWS Public Affairs Office. Requests for information concerning the contract shall be referred to the CEHND Project Manager. Reports and data generated under this contract are the property of the Department of Defense and distribution to any other source by the AE, unless authorized by the Contracting Officer, is prohibited. 4.12 Addresses.
