This attachment <br /> and its individual paragraphs are commonly referenced as "Standard Provisions". <br /> 15. The Discharger shall report promptly to the Board any material change or proposed <br /> change in the character, location, or volume of the discharge. <br /> 16. In the event of any change in ownership of land or waste discharge facilities <br /> presently owned or controlled by DDRW, Sharpe and associated with the ground water <br /> cleanup of the SHARPE Site, Sharpe shall submit,within 180 days prior to transfer of <br /> land, a formal application for Waste Discharge Requirements to the Regional Board. In <br /> addition, Sharpe shall notify at that time the succeeding owner or operator of the existence <br /> of these substantive requirements by letter, a copy of which shall be forwarded to this <br /> office. <br /> 17. A copy of these substantive waste discharge requirements shall be kept at the <br /> discharge facility for reference by operating personnel. Key operating personal shall be <br /> familiar with its contents. <br /> 18. The Board will review these substantive waste discharge requirements periodically <br /> and may revise them prior to the five year Record of Decision review. Should new or <br /> higher ground water contaminants or constituents create `significant' treatment changes to <br /> the DDRW, SHARPE GWTS, then these changes will have to be done through a ROD <br /> amendment. <br />
