MONITORING AND REPORTING - 2 - May 21, 1992 <br /> PROGRAM <br /> Injection Wells <br /> During the injection of potable water into the injection well, the following monitoring program <br /> shall be conducted: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Frequency <br /> Total Volume of gallons Hourly <br /> Water Injected <br /> Injection Rate at Time <br /> of Sampling gpm Hourly <br /> Pressure at Time of <br /> Sampling psig Hourly <br /> Water Level ftmsl Minimum of <br /> four Samples <br /> per hour <br /> Monitoring Wells <br /> The monitoring wells for the ground water injection system, as specified in the report submitted <br /> pursuant to Provision D.3, shall be monitored during the injection of the potable water as follows: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Frequency <br /> Water Level ft msl Hourly <br /> TREATMENT PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (TPE) <br /> The objectives of this phase are to monitor extraction the well(s) performance and to determine the <br /> effectiveness of the treatment system to meet treatment objectives. The following sampling <br /> frequency schedules will be used for the various monitoring locations: <br /> Treatment System <br /> During the TPE phase of the GWTS, the following analyses shall be conducted at both the influent <br /> (pt A) and effluent (pt C) end of the treatment system (see attachment A): <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Frequency <br /> Volatile Organics 4g/1 A <br /> (Method 601 influent <br /> and 502.1 effluent) <br />
