STATE AND REGIONAL WATER BOARD ARARS <br /> CITATION DESCRIPTION COMHENTS <br /> California Water Code, The Water Code authorizes the State and <br /> Division 7, Section 13000, Regional Water Boards to establish in Water <br /> et seq .
