(In designating ARARs, <br /> cite all applicable uses , objectives, and <br /> implementation program elements for the site. ) <br /> Water Quality Control Plan In compliance with the Water Code and the <br /> for Inland Surface Waters of Clean Water Act, the State Water Board adopted <br /> California (Water Code the Inland Surface Waters Plan, which <br /> §13170; Clean Water Act establishes numerical water quality objectives <br /> §303(c) (1) ) for the protection of human health and <br /> freshwater aquatic life for a large number of <br /> toxic pollutants. It also establishes • <br /> narrative objectives and toxicity objectives. <br /> The plan provides a program of implementation <br /> and specifies proposals to adopt numerical <br /> standards for water bodies that are reclaimed <br /> water dominated and agricultural drainage <br /> dominated. <br /> Water Quality Control Plan The Thermal Plan establishes prohibitions on <br /> for Control of Temperature in discharges to cold interstate waters and <br /> the Coastal and Interstate maximum temperature changes to other waters to <br /> Waters and Enclosed Bays and protect natural receiving water temperatures. <br /> Estuaries of California The plan includes site specific temperature <br /> (Thermal Plan) (Water Code objectives for certain water bodies. <br /> §§13140, 13142.5) <br /> Water Quality Control Plan The Ocean Plan establishes beneficial uses of • <br /> for Ocean Water of California ocean waters, numerical and narrative water <br /> (California Ocean Plan) quality objectives, effluent quality <br /> (Water Code §13170.2) objectives including toxic material <br /> limitations, and discharge prohibitions. <br /> Water.
