Industry Standards Testing <br /> Ripon Unified School District <br /> 304 North acacia Avenue, Ripon, C <br /> Industry Standards testing was performed on March 5. 2019, as prescribed by the <br /> guidelines of the Steel Tank Institute and the requirements of the SPCC Plan Section <br /> 112.8(c)(5). <br /> 112.8 Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plan requirements for onshore, <br /> facilities (excluding production facilities), <br /> (c) Bulk storage containers. <br /> ( ) Test each aboveground container for integrity on a regular schedule, and wherever <br /> you make material repairs. The frequency of and type of testing mast take into account <br /> container size and design (such as floating roof, skid mounted, elevated, or partiaily <br /> buried). You must combine. visual inspections with another testing technique such as <br /> hydrostatic testing, radiographic:testing, ultrasound testing, acoustic emissions testing, or <br /> another system of nondestructive shell testing, You must keep comparison records and <br /> you must also inspect the container's supports and foundations, lr addition, you must <br /> frequently inspect the outside of the container for signs of deterioration, discharges, or <br /> accumulation of oil inside diked areas. records of inspections and tests kept under usual <br /> and customary business practices will suffice for purposes of this paragraph. <br /> Industry Standards testing was performed utilizing a Certified Ashcroft T5500 SS 0-5 psi <br /> Pressure Gauge. Calibration of the certified testing device was performed and passed on <br /> March 0, 2019, prior to conducting the Endustry Standards test evaluations, <br /> Industry Standards testing consisted of pneumatic pressure testing of the primary tank. <br /> Testing was performed to 8 psi over a continuous 80-minute period, No defects were; <br /> observed throughout the "Fuel tank and the system is in compliance with CFR 112�8(c)(6) <br /> testing requirements. <br /> Test frequency is based on a twenty-year cycle as the tank system is a Category 1. <br /> Gary beeves <br /> Certified Steel Tank Institute Level € <br /> & Level 11 Tank System Inspector <br /> Sp001 #11111 <br /> NDT-UT#0001 <br /> ASNT-TC-1A#073128r:t <br /> Cert€tied Environmental Professional <br />
