14. PROTECTION OF THE PUBLIC <br /> 14.0 All activities under this Agreement will be conducted pursuant to the <br /> Health and Safety Plan and will be conducted so as to minimize any threat to <br /> the surrounding communities. Notwithstanding any authority EPA, DOHS, or <br /> RWQCB may otherwise have, in the event that EPA, DOHS, or RWQCB determine <br /> that activities conducted pursuant to this Agreement, or any other cir- <br /> cumstances or activities, are creating a danger to the health or welfare of <br /> the people on the Site or in the surrounding area or to the environment, <br /> EPA, DOHS, or RWQCB may request SHAD to stop further implementation of this <br /> Agreement to abate the danger. SHAD shall comply with any such request for <br /> a period of at least twenty-four (24) hours and for any longer period agreed <br /> upon by EPA, DOHS, and RWQCB. In complying with any request under this <br /> Section, SHAD shall not be liable for failure to comply with other Sections <br /> of this Agreement affected by the request. <br /> 15. REPORTING REQUIREMENTS <br /> 15.1 SHAD shall submit to the other Parties quarterly written progress <br /> reports. The reports will include but not be limited to the following <br /> information: <br /> 15.1.1 A detailed summary of all of the remedial , removal , and <br /> investigation activities during the previous quarter, including any analyt- <br /> ical results, any community relations activities, and any community contacts <br /> or inquiries related to the hazardous substance contamination at the Site; <br /> 15. 1.2 An outline of the planned activities for the following quarter; <br /> -30- <br />
