15.1.3 A detailed statement of the manner and the extent to which the <br /> timetables and deadlines are being met; <br /> 15. 1.4 Any decision making rationale which has or will impact the <br /> activities described in the Attachments; <br /> 15.1.5 The status of obtaining rights-of-entry necessary for monitor- <br /> ing and well installation off-Depot; <br /> 15.1.6 The status of any other SHAD activities proposed or underway <br /> that may impact any phase of the activities described in the Attachments; <br /> 15.1.7 Any anticipated delays in meeting time schedules, including the <br /> anticipated length of the delay, the reason(s) for the delay and actions <br /> taken to prevent or mitigate the delay; however, this notice shall not sub- <br /> stitute for the requirements of Section 28, Extensions. SHAD will take rea- <br /> sonable action to minimize any delay; and, <br /> 15.1.8 A revised Attachment 2 which includes any changes or additions <br /> to the schedule, when such changes or additions have been agreed upon by the <br /> Parties. <br /> 15.2 The quarterly written progress reports shall be submitted on the 10th <br /> day of each calendar quarter following the effective date of this Agreement. <br /> 16.
