PROJECT MANAGERS <br /> 17. 1 The Parties shall each designate a Project Manager and Alternate <br /> (herein jointly referred to as Project Manager) for the purpose of oversee- <br /> ing the implementation of this Agreement. Each Party shall notify the oth- <br /> ers of the name and address of its Project Manager. Any Party may change <br /> its designated Project Manager by notifying the other Parties, in writing, <br /> within five days of the change. To the maximum extent possible, communica- <br /> tions between the Parties concerning the terms and conditions of this <br /> Agreement shall be directed through the Project Managers as set forth in <br /> Section 16, Notification. Each Project Manager shall he responsible for <br /> assuring that all communications from the other Project Managers are appro- <br /> priately disseminated and processed by the entities which the Project <br /> -32- <br />
