• <br /> Manager represents. <br /> 17.2 Subject to the limitations set forth in Section 20, Access, and <br /> Section 24, Release of Records, the Project Managers of EPA, DOHS, and RWQCB <br /> shall have the authority to: (1) take samples and request split samples of <br /> SHAD's samples to ensure that work is performed properly and pursuant to <br /> this Agreement; (2) observe all activities performed pursuant to this <br /> Agreement, take photographs and make such other documents on the progress of <br /> the work as the Project Managers deem appropriate; and (3) review records, <br /> files, and documents. <br /> 17.3 Any Project Manager may recommend and request minor field modifica- <br /> tions of the work to be performed pursuant to this Agreement, or in tech- <br /> niques, procedures, or design utilized in carrying out this Agreement, which <br /> are necessary for the completion of the project. <br /> 17.4 Any field modifications proposed under this Section by any Project <br /> Managers must be approved orally by all four (4) Project Managers to be <br /> effective. Within five (5) business days following a modification made pur- <br /> suant to this Section, the Project Manager who requested the modification <br /> shall prepare a memorandum detailing the modification and the reasons there- <br /> fore and shall provide or mail a copy of the memorandum to the other Project <br /> Managers. <br /> 17.5 SHAD's Project Manager shall be physically present on Sharpe or <br /> reasonably available to supervise work performed at Sharpe during the imple- <br /> mentation of the work performed pursuant to this Agreement and shall make <br /> himself available to the other Project Managers for the duration of this <br /> Agreement.
