CONVEYANCE OF TITLE <br /> 29.0 No conveyance of title, easement, or other interest in SHAD property <br /> on which any containment system, treatment system, monitoring system, or <br /> other response action is installed or implemented pursuant to this Agreement <br /> shall be consummated by SHAD without provision for continued maintenance of <br /> any such system or other response action. At least thirty (30) days prior <br /> to any conveyance, SHAD shall notify EPA, DOHS, and RWQCB of the provisions <br /> made for the continued operation and maintenance of any response action or <br /> system installed or implemented pursuant to this Agreement. <br /> 30. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION <br /> 30. 1 The Parties agree that any proposed remedial action alternative(s) <br /> and plan(s) for remedial action at the Site arising out of this Agreement <br /> shall comply with the administrative record and public participation <br /> requirements of CERCLA/SARA Sections 113(k) and 117, 42 U.S.C. 9613(k) and <br /> 9617, applicable community relations provisions in the NCP, and other rele- <br /> vant EPA guidance on public participation and administrative records, <br /> California Health and Safety Code Section 25358.7, and other relevant state <br /> requirements concerning public participation. <br /> 30.2 SHAD shall develop and implement a Community Relations Plan (CRP) <br /> which responds to the need for an interactive relationship with all inter- <br /> ested community elements, both on and off-Depot, regarding the environmental <br /> -45- <br />
