Manifest will be used to satisfy this <br /> requirement per note above; example, hazardous waste manifest at Annex A. <br /> (5) Location of each waste in facility and quantity at each <br /> location. <br /> • (6) Records and results of waste analyses conducted in accordance <br /> with the waste analysis plan. <br /> (7) Summary reports of incidents involving contingency plan <br /> implementation. <br /> (8) Results of inspections. <br /> (9) Results of monitoring, testing, or analytical data. <br /> (10) Notices to waste generators informing them that facility can <br /> accept their wastes (off-site facilities) . Land Disposal Restrictions: The <br /> operating record must include records of the quantities (and date of <br /> placement) for each shipment of hazardous waste placed in land disposal units <br /> under an extension to the effective date of any land disposal restriction ' <br /> granted pursuant to Part 268.5 or a petition pursuant to Part 268.6, and the <br /> notice required by a generator under Part 268.7(a) (3) . <br /> The Sharpe Hazardous Waste Facility operator maintains four sets of <br /> records pertaining to the hazardous water storage areas, which satisfy the <br /> above requirements. <br /> XII-2 <br /> (10/23/90) <br />
