Advanced
Ge o EnvironmentalInc . --o-
16 August 2011
AGE-NC Project No. 11-1957
Mr. Mike Infurna
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
600 East Main Street
Stockton, CA 95202
Subject: Phase II Environmental Assessment Work Plan
IN-CITY SELF STORAGE
2335 East Miner Avenue, Stockton, California
Dear Mr. Infurna:
At the request of Mr. William Bater, of Wells Fargo Bank-Real Estate, Advanced
GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Phase 11 Environmental Assessment
Work Plan for the property located at 2335 East Miner Avenue, Stockton, California. The
location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1. A plan of the site is illustrated in Figure 2.
This Work Plan is prepared in accordance with San Joaquin County Environmental Health
Department (EHD) guidelines for procurement of a boring permit. A boring permit
application, application fee and Master File Record (MFR) form are attached. Upon EHD
approval of the permit package, we will schedule field work. AGE will provide EHD with a
minimum of 72-hours prior notice for a grout inspection.
INTRODUCTION
It is our understanding that dry cleaning and rug cleaning facilities operated at the site in
the 1940s and 1950s. A review of historical records indicate that the dry cleaning facility
was likely located near the northwest portion of the current property configuration. The rug
cleaning facility was likely located near the center of the current property configuration.
According to recent information available on the State of California Geotracker website,
ground water depth is approximately 45 feet below surface grade (bsg) at investigation
sites northwest and southeast of the subject property.
837 Shaw Road • Stockton, CA 95215
Telephone (209)467-1006 • Fax (209)467-11 18
