Respondent shall send a photocopy of the check to the fallowing CUPA <br />personnel assigned to this molter, Michelle Henry, San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department <br />14. If Respondents fail to make payments} as provided above, Respondents <br />agrees to pay interest at the rate established pursuant to HSC § 25360.1 <br />and to pay all costs incurred by the CUPA in pursuing collection <br />including <br />attorney's fees. <br />15, All additional CUPA casts wilt be billed at the Board's approved hourly rate. <br />OTHER PROVISIONS <br />16. Additional Enforcement Actions: By <br />agreeing to this Consent Order, the <br />CUPA does not waive the right to take further enforcement actions, except <br />to the extent provided in this Consent Order. <br />17.
