The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br />addressed for SUVIK FARMS LLC FRENCH CAMP SHOP as of February24, 2020. <br />Open violations from October 17, 2019 inspection <br />Violation #446 - Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of <br />being emptied. <br />OBSERVATION Three 55 gallon steel drums were said to have held used oil and were found empty and not labeled <br />as such. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous was <br />must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR) section 662617, Refer to this section and <br />California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within <br />one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action statemer <br />to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br />AThis violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />❑ Supporting documents included , <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #605 - Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATION Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers were <br />55 gallon steel drum within the shop. The drum did not have the words "Hazardous Waste", the name and address o• <br />the generator, the hazardous properties, the physical state or the accumulations start date. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the wort <br />"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br />accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
