' Final report preparation will require about 60 days after the final quarterly monitoring <br /> well(s) sampling <br /> 43 Budget and Cost Controls <br /> Budget and cost control information has been maintained internally by WO&S for possible <br /> eventual submittal for reimbursement All cost information is considered confidential <br /> 44 Remediation Goals <br /> Soil and groundwater remediation goals will be identified following determination of <br /> ' affected water bodies' beneficial uses and impact that may be expected with various <br /> remediation and/or acceptance options <br /> ' <br /> 45 Additional Permits <br /> San Joaquin Valley Unified APCD emission standards will not be violated during the <br /> testing or remediation process A well drilling permit from San Joaquin County PHSIEHD <br /> will be required for each parcel bored, signed by the drilling contractor <br /> 46 Final Report <br /> ' The Final Report will be prepared under the guidance of a licensed Civil Engineer to <br /> support a request for final closure consistent with Tri-Regional Guidelines The report will <br /> ' include <br /> (1) analytical results from soil and water samples during the Phase II characterization <br /> stage <br /> (2) figures delineating the actual lateral and vertical extent of impacted soil <br /> (3) a discussion of risk based remediation factors <br /> I (4) chain-of-custody records for certified analytical analysis <br /> (5) evaluation of the analytical results and a discussion of the <br /> ' findings of exploratory and possible remediation phases <br /> (6) recommendations incorporating findings leading to the site's closure <br /> ' 4-2 <br />
