Wilson Way, Stockton, CA; Claim Number 8479: The CUF recommended that the <br /> EHD direct the RP to resume active remediation and to upload all activities to GeoTracker. The <br /> death of the last Endich brother without a will readily available created problems issuing <br /> directives and getting bills paid and reimbursed. The EHD is informed that the current property <br /> owner is now assuming the active RP roll and has qualified for CUF reimbursements. Work is <br /> resuming on the site. The downtime has created maintenance problems with the equipment, <br /> which is being refurbished and is expected to go back on line in approximately two weeks.
