IT'S WATER IS COMING <br /> OUT FROM SIDES OF TRUCK. COMPLAINANT EXPLAINED THAT THERE MUST BE SOME SORT OF LEAK WHERE <br /> THE WATER FROM SINK IS BEING DISCHARGED INSTEAD OF HELD. ALLEGES TRUCK IS USING A BUCKET TO <br /> CATCH WATER/DEBRI/OIL BUT IT IS OVERFLOWING ONTO FLOOR. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #65 Noncompliance with Required Equipment/Construction <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Waste water is leaking in parking lot. This is not allowed. All leaks form either sinks or ice bins shall be <br /> repaired by 1 week. If water is also leaking from any other area, it shall also be repaired or sealed. Area under truck shall be <br /> kept dry to prevent contamination into storm drains. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: 1. Food equipment is not smooth, readily accessible and easily cleanable. 2. There are unfinished wood <br /> surfaces present. 3. Construction joints and seams are not tight and/or sealed against entrance of liquids, waste, or vermin. 4. <br /> Nonportable equipment is not an integral part of the primary unit. 5. For mobile food facilities that handle potentially hazardous foods, <br /> there is no refrigeration unit as defined in Section 113885. Exception:If mobile food facility handles prepackaged frozen ready to eat <br /> foods, whole fish and whole aquatic invertebrates, a refrigeration unit is not equired. 6. All new and replacement gas or electrical <br /> appliances do not conform to applicable standards. 7. Space around pipes, conduits or hoses is not sealed, smooth, and cleanable. 8. <br /> Drip trays are not provided where appropriate. 9. All equipment is not installed so as to be easily cleanable,prevent vermin harborage <br /> and provide adequate access for service and maintenance. 10. Floors, walls and ceilings are not constructed so as to be impervious, <br /> smooth and easily cleanable. The floor wall juncture is not coved with minimum 3/8"radius cove. The floor does not extend up the wall at <br /> least 4". 11. Ground and floor surfaces where enclosed cooking processes are conducted do not provide employee safety from slipping <br /> for at least five feet on all open sides where cooking is conducted.[§114301] 12. Mechanical exhaust ventilation equipment is not <br /> provided overall cooking equipment as required.(114149.1 (a)—(d)] <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP° F --COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTE <br /> Spoke to employee who stated that he is aware of problem. He seems to think that drain line is leaking. <br /> Observation: There is a large water puddle under the truck.
