Paradise Point Marina -2- <br /> Seven Resorts, Inc. <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> The proposed Tentative Order was distributed on 6 April 1999. Comments regarding the proposed <br /> Order are due by 7 May 1999. Persons who did not receive copies of the proposed Order,wishing to <br /> comment on or object to the proposed Order are invited to submit same in writing to the Regional; <br /> Board no later than 7 May 1999. All comments or objections received by this date will be considered in <br /> the proposed NPDES. <br /> After considering comments or objections, the Board may adopt the proposed Order or choose to take <br /> no action. Any action of the Board may be appealed to the State Water Resources Control Board within <br /> 30 days of the date on which the Board took action. Comments at the Board's meeting should be a <br /> summary of the written comments regarding the proposed NPDES Permit. Testimony by staff and the <br /> Discharger will be limited to fifteen minutes. Testimony by other interested parties will be limited to <br /> three minutes. <br /> Anyone having questions on these requirements should contact the project engineer, Joseph J. Henao, at <br /> (916) 255-3028. The proposed NPDES Permit and related documents may be inspected and copied at <br /> the Regional Board Office weekdays from 8:00 a.m.to 5:00 p.m. by appointment. <br /> Please bring the foregoing information to the attention of anyone you know who would be interested in <br /> this matter. <br /> KJ2NETH D.
