The second floor is mostly unused, with some <br /> rooms utilized for storage purposes. This unit is located within a building also <br /> occupied by 234, 242, and 248 North El Dorado Street. No basement is located within <br /> the building. The HVAC system and mechanical room are located within the <br /> adjoining Cancun Restaurant at 248 North El Dorado Street. Hazardous materials <br /> storage located within this unit is discussed in Section 5.4. Stockton Scavenger <br /> Association on a weekly basis services one trash container. According to Mr. <br /> Cudney, the building has been utilized as an auto wholesale company from the 1940s <br /> to the 1960s, and was probably utilized for auto maintenance purposes. No basement or elevator is located within the building. The first floor is <br /> utilized as a dining and kitchen area, and the second floor is utilized primarily for <br /> storage purposes. A 5,000-gallon oil/water (restaurant grease) separator, which <br /> discharges into the city sewer system, is located beneath the sidewalk abutting the <br /> north side of the building on East Miner Street. <br /> 242 North El Dorado Street- A one-story 900 square-foot building abuts the Cancun <br /> Restaurant. The structure is utilized by the Cancun Bakery for baking and retail sales. <br /> No chemicals or hazardous materials were observed or reported to be located within <br /> this unit. <br /> 234 North El Dorado Street- This one-story 1,500 square-foot unit is located abutting <br /> the Cancun Bakery, and is utilized as a meeting hall occasionally. The unit was <br /> observed to be vacant at the time of the site visit. No chemicals or hazardous <br /> materials were observed or reported to be located within this unit. <br /> 148 East Miner Avenue - This two-story building is currently occupied by the City of <br /> Stockton Neighborhood Services (CSNS) for administrative purposes. No basement <br /> or elevator is located within the building. A small mechanical room is located on the <br /> first floor. <br /> 224 North El Dorado Street - This two-story building is currently utilized for office <br /> administrative purposes. The basement is utilized for the storage of evidence. A <br /> mechanical room and air handling units are located on the roof. Two sump pumps are <br /> located in the basement. <br /> 222 North El Dorado Street- This building is currently vacant and unused. <br /> 130 North El Dorado Street - This one-story building is currently utilized by Glass <br /> Pro for retail glass sales and installation. Goodyear Tire Services, formerly located <br /> on the subject site at 130 N. El Dorado Street (Site #5), is listed on the UST database. <br />
