This report covers the installation and
sampling of monitoring wells MWll and MW12, groundwater recovery well RW4, vapor
extraction wells VI-V4, soil vapor monitoring wells PSVT and PSV2, piezometers PI and P2,
and injection well IW 1. Each of the wells was installed as part of the implementation of the site
remediation plan approved by your office.
The downgradient monitoring wells MWll and MW12 contained no concentrations of total
petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) as gasoline or benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylenes
(BTEX) in the soils or groundwater greater than the respective detection limits. As we discussed
over the telephone, the second round of sampling for downgradient monitoring well MW l l
showed no concentrations of TPH as gasoline or BTEX in the groundwater greater than the
respective detection limits. A copy of the analytical report is enclosed for your records.
If you have any questions regarding this project, please call me or Terry Winsor at the above
number.
Sin ly,
Douglas E.
