If soil <br /> sample results warrant, Ground Zero may recommend collecting and analyzing sludge samples <br /> from the septic tank. <br /> Protocols and Safety <br /> All field and laboratory activities will be conducted in accordance with the attached Quality <br /> Assurance/Quality Control Plan (Attachment A). Field work will be performed in accordance <br /> with the attached Site Safety and Health Plan (Attachment B). <br /> Upon completion, the soil borings will be backfilled with cement grout to surface.
