Miner,Stockton, Ca <br /> A review of the submitted sampling plan was made and the following items need to be added or expanded <br /> upon in order to complete the requirements of the court order: <br /> 1. All samples, regardless of depth must be analyzed. <br /> 2. Samples must be taken of the septic tank sludge and any floating liquids. Septic tank pumpings <br /> must have sample verification and disposal to the proper facility. <br /> 3. Random samples must be taken in several locations which may require the moving of vehicles <br /> and/or debris. Focused sampling is required in areas ajacent to know contamination areas on <br /> poroperty to the east. <br /> d. Samples of septic tank and sump areas must also include all ranges of'rPH including ail and <br /> grease and solvents EPA methods 8010 and 8240. <br /> 55. A site safety plan must be presented for the work on the property prior to commencing work. <br /> 6. if the septic tank is to be abandoned during this investigation a septic tank destruction permit <br /> must be obtained from the Environmental Health Division prior to commencing'work. Permits <br /> from the city of Stockton or other sewage service providers may also be needed. <br /> 7.
