30 August 2007 <br /> AGE-NC Project No. 07-1517 <br /> Page 7 of 7 <br /> Following sample collection,each preserved sample sleeve will be labeled with the boring location, <br /> depth,time,date and sampler's initials.Appropriately sealed and labeled samples will be placed in <br /> a chilled container under ice and transported under chain-of-custody procedure to a DHS-certified <br /> laboratory. <br /> 3.4. EQUIPMENT DECONTAMINATION <br /> Prior to each sample collection, all sampling tools used for sample collection will be thoroughly <br /> rinsed with clean water after being washed with a solution of Alconox. <br /> 3.5. REPORT PREPARATION <br /> Upon completion of field work and receipt of final laboratory analysis, a report will be prepared <br /> presenting the findings of the investigation. The report will include a description of the work <br /> performed and the results of the sampling and analysis. Conclusions and applicable <br /> recommendations will be included in the report. <br /> The report will be in a format acceptable to the EHD and the CVRWQCB,and will be reviewed and <br /> signed by a California Professional Geologist.
