(Cambria) prepared this work plan on behalf of <br /> Equilon Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (Shell) as requested by San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) during an October 4, 2002 telephone conversation <br /> with Cambria. The proposed scope of work presented in this document will comply with <br /> SJCEHD and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board(RWQCB)guidelines. <br /> Site Background <br /> The subject property is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Pershing Avenue <br /> and Rosemarie Lane in a mixed commercial and residential area of Stockton, California <br /> (Figure 1). During January 2001, Equilon Enterprises LLC sold the station to the dealer, who <br /> now operates the station independently of Shell. The current station layout includes three <br /> 12,000-gallon double walled fiberglass underground gasoline storage tanks (USTs), one waste oil <br /> UST,a former UST complex,two dispenser islands,and a station building(Figure 2). <br /> Cambria submitted a No Further Action Request on September 17, 2002. Upon receiving a No <br /> Further Action Required letter from the RWQCB or after November 15, 2002 without comment <br /> Oakland.
