� CAMBRIA <br /> • Eleven other sites within 1/4-mile radius of the subject property were identified in EDR's <br /> search of available government records as sites that are listed in one of the databases <br /> referenced above Two sites listed on the LUST database include a 7-Eleven Food Store <br /> located at 4501 North Pershing Avenue and an Exxon Service Station located at 4444 <br /> North Pershing Avenue <br /> • EDR also conducted a well survey to identify water-supply wells within a two-mile radius <br /> of the subject property According to the EDR report, the closest public water-supply <br /> well is located approximately 114 to 112 mile from the subject property EDR did not list <br /> the address of the water-supply well <br /> • Based on the findings of our research, it appears that there has been minimal petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons impact soil and groundwater beneath the site The most recent <br /> groundwater monitoring data (fourth quarter 1999) for the subject site indicates <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon and MTBE concentrations in groundwater are below laboratory <br /> detection limits There are petroleum hydrocarbons identified in soil and groundwater <br /> immediately east of the subject site, but it is not known if this is due to a release at the <br /> subject site or the former Exxon site (4444 North Pershing Avenue) <br /> 2 0 SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The scope of work associated with this report was limited to the following tasks <br /> • Field reconnaissance of the subject property and adjacent properties located within <br /> approximately a 1/4-mile radius of the subject property, <br /> • Review of the environmental records on file with the SJCPHS for the subject site, <br /> • Review of historical city directories at the main Cesar Chavez Central Library in <br /> Stockton, California, <br /> • Review of historical aerial photographs of the site and surrounding area, <br /> • Review of government database information, prepared by EDR, to evaluate sites <br /> within ASTM recommended search distances, <br /> • Review of Sanborn fire insurance maps for the area, if available, <br /> • Evaluation of site information gathered and development of this report <br /> 0837 2 <br />
