CAMBRIA <br /> 1991 to Present, Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling: Monitoring and <br /> sampling has been performed at this site on a quarterly basis since the first wells were installed <br /> in 1991 Groundwater flow direction has been variable at this site In general, the <br /> groundwater flow direction has been to the north with occasional fluctuations to the <br /> northeast, northwest, and east In the southern portion of the site groundwater flow <br /> direction has occasionally been toward the south Depth to groundwater at this site has <br /> generally ranged from 14 fbg to 30 fbg since groundwater monitoring began The <br /> groundwater level has steadily risen since the wells were installed and appears to have <br /> stabilized at approximately 15 fbg to 16 fbg Historical monitoring and sampling data are <br /> summarized in Blame Tech Services Well Concentrations table (Appendix B) <br /> Former Exxon Service Station — 4444 North Pershing Avenue- The former Exxon service <br /> station located on the opposite side of North Pershing Avenue from the subject site is an <br /> open environmental case with SJCPHS This site is reported to have had a large contaminant <br /> plume with free product One of Exxon's wells (MW-8) is located adjacent to the Shell site <br /> on the sidewalk This well has contained elevated levels of petroleum hydrocarbons and has <br /> . been the focus of many discussions between the regulatory agency, Exxon, and, Shell In <br /> general, the two scenarios discussed have been 1 petroleum hydrocarbons detected in MW-8 <br /> are from the release documented at the Exxon site, and 2 petroleum hydrocarbons detected <br /> in MW-8 are from the Shell site Currently this issue remains unresolved <br /> 7-Eleven Food Store/Service Station — 4501 North Pershing Avenue. Little data was <br /> available for this site It is listed as an active environmental case with the SJCPHS One <br /> groundwater monitoring well located on this property suggests soil and groundwater have been <br /> impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> 6.2 SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ASSESSORS OFFICE <br /> The San Joaquin County Assessor's office was contacted to ascertain the APN for the subject <br /> property Cambria was informed that the APN is 110-180-07 In addition, Cambria <br /> contacted the City of Stockton Planning Department, who indicated that the subject <br /> property is zoned general business (C2) The adjacent properties to the north and east are <br /> zoned commercial (Cl) <br /> 6.0 CESAR CHAVEZ CENTRAL LIBRARY <br /> .
