Develop and maintain in a condition acceptable to all <br /> governmental agencies waste oil collection facilities i <br /> each of the incorporated cities of the county for public <br /> use in disposing of waste oil products . <br /> b. Trucks transporting biomass materials from fields shall <br /> be constructed to insure total containment of load <br /> including tarping of each load to eliminate the possi- <br /> bility of roadside litter. <br /> C. Sludge generated in the filtration process and cleaning <br /> operation shall be properly containd and marked prior <br /> to removal from site and transported to an authorized <br /> disposal site. <br /> d.
