6. Collegeville Fire District/Fire Warden : <br /> a. Applicant shall provide on-site fire protection and <br /> funding for the upgrading and purchase of equipment by <br /> the local fire district which will provide for adequate <br /> containment capabilities . <br /> b. The fire pump and water well located north of the plant <br /> will be provided with a separate and independent source <br /> of power to ensure adequate water in case of fire . <br /> C . Locations of fire hydrants are to be determined by local <br /> fire district and be indicated on on-site development <br /> plan. Hydrants are to be provided with hose fittings as <br /> described by the local fire districts. <br /> d. Hose streams required to control fire hazards shall be <br /> in place on the entire three acre storage site prior to <br /> acceptance of biomass material. <br /> e. An engine powered generator or diesel powered pump shall <br /> be permanently located on-site to ensure adequate flow <br /> of water for fire protection. <br /> f . The propane tank shall be located or protected from <br /> potential biomass storage combustion. <br /> g. A complete on-site fire protection system , as approved <br /> by the County Fire Warden, shall be installed to combat <br /> any type of fire associated with the proposed facility. <br /> (EIR) <br /> h. The County Fire Warden shall conduct regular inspection <br /> to ensure that the Contingency Plan is being <br /> implemented. (EIR ) <br /> i.
