noncompliance. The following shall be included as information which must be reported verbally within 24 hours to Toxic Substances Control, Region I, (916) 739-3145. a. Information concerning a release of any hazardous waste which may cause an endangerment to public drinking water supplies. b. Information concerning any release or discharge of hazardous waste, or of fire or explosion from the facility, which could threaten human health or thel environment outside the facility. The description of � the occurrence and its cause shall include: (1) Name, address, and telephone number of the owner or operator; (2) Name, address, and telephone number of the facility; (3) Date, time, and type of incident; (4) Name and quantity of material(s) involved; (5) The extent of injuries, if any; (6) An assessment of actual or potential hazard to, the environment and human health outside the facility, where this is applicable; andaft (7) Estimated quty,, and disposition of recovered, material that�'result' d� ro the incident. Other Noncompliance The owner or operator shall report all other instances o noncompliance not otherwise required to be reported at th time monitoring or other reports are submitted.
