l <br /> IV. COMPLIANCE SCHEDULE <br /> A. The facility shall analyze the wastewater to check for hazardous <br /> waste including pesticide before on-site evaporation. <br /> B. The facility shall obtain a permit from the San Joaquin County <br /> Air Pollution Control District for the atmospheric ventilation <br /> procedures. <br /> C. If the atmospheric ventilation process for recycling tanks is , <br /> not approved by the San Joaquin County Air Pollution Control <br /> District, the facility must develop a vapor recovery system <br /> on site to recover and collect volatile substances. <br /> D. The facility shall analyze the finished product to meet recycled <br /> oil criteria in accordance with Section 25250.0 of H&S Code. It <br /> should be indicated even though the minimum accepted chlorine is <br /> 3000 ppm in Section 25250.0 of H&S Code, the actual accepted <br /> level of chlorine in the finished product shall only be 1000 ppm <br /> to meet USEPA standards. <br /> E. The facility shall analyze a composite sample of every new <br /> generator 's waste to recover and collect volatile substances. <br /> The composite sample shall include analyses for API gravity, pH, <br /> total halogens, flashpoint, and PCB. <br /> F. The facility shall increase the closure cost estimate from <br /> $27,800 to $31,800. The difference will cover the cost increase <br /> for the disposal. <br /> G. If the wastewater generated from the recycling process is <br /> determined to be hazardous, the facility must not dispose of th ' <br /> material in the drying system. The wastewater must be sent to <br /> different recycler. <br /> H. Within 60 days from the date of this final permit, the facility <br /> shall address the following in their revised Operation Plan: <br /> 1. Capacity of rotary dryer system. <br /> 2. Capacity of recycling.__&y'stem. . <br /> 3. A projected .rrLzrit_ty►)*f accepted hazardous waste at the <br /> facility -, g ; <br /> 4. A projected quantity of processed fuel oil at the facility, <br /> 5. A projected design ratio of wastewater generated verses <br /> capacity of the dryer system. <br /> 6.
