The proposed use may be permitted in this <br /> zone with a Use Permit (per Section 9-5402) . <br /> Woodbridge Specific Road Plan: <br /> As part of this specific road plan, Augusta Street is proposed <br /> to be reduced from a 100-foot wide street to a 60-foot wide str et <br /> (see attached map) . Once this 20-foot wide strip has been aban oned <br /> along Augusta Street, it can be added to the property. <br /> Lot Coverage: <br /> In the R-2 zone, County ordinance requires that lot coverage no <br /> exceed 40% of lot area (per Section 9-5409 . 5) . "Lot coverage" <br /> is defined as the percentage of a lot encumbered by buildings <br /> and areas devoted to vehicular parking and/or traffic (Section <br /> 9-3108 . 1) . <br /> The proposed facility as shown on the Site Plan exceeds the 40d <br /> maximum lot coverage. The facility need to be redesigned to cover <br /> less of the site, and to comply with County requirements. The <br /> following figures may be helpful in redesigning the Site Plan: <br />
