The stairway
and wheel chair lift shown at the rear of the proposed addition
appear to be in conflict with this requirement, and need to be
redesigned. If these facilities are to be covered, then they
need to meet the 20-foot rear yard setback requirement (Section
9-5409 . 5) .
Parking:
Section 9-3700 (c) of the Planning Title would require a minimum of
5 parking spaces for the facility as proposed.
Section 9-3702 requires that each parking space be a minimum of
nine (9) feet in width and twenty (20) feet in length. This re-
quirement should be incorporated in the site redesign, as the
parking spaces shown are inconsistent with size requirements.
Revised Site Plan:
When the revised Site Plan is prepared, be sure to follow the
Site Plan check list (which is included as part of the Use Perm t
Application) .
NOTE: The Pre-Application is designed to inform prospective
applicants of general plan consistency, zoning consistency,
public improvement requirements, preliminary design constrai is
and opportunities, and major environmental and safety issues
This information is provided in the hope of assisting the ap licant
in submitting a better and more complete application, as wel
as minimizing processing time.
