STANDARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> SD-92-231 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> (g) Public Sewer and Water. In urban centers, both the proposed second <br /> unit dwelling and the existing single family dwelling shall connect <br /> to a public sewage disposal system and to a public water system; <br /> (h) Other Codes. The second unit dwelling shall conform with all the <br /> requirements of the Local Health District and the County that are <br /> applicable to residential units in the zone in which the property is <br /> located; <br /> (i) Requirements for Mobilehomes. If the second unit dwelling is a <br /> mobilehome, the following additional requirements shall apply: <br /> (1) Additions. No permanent room additions shall be allowed, but <br /> patio covers constructed of the same materials as the <br /> mobilehome shall be permitted; <br /> (2) Skirting. Skirting constructed of the same materials ase <br /> mobilehome shall be installed; <br /> (3) Time Limit. The Second Unit Dwelling Permit shall be effect' e <br /> for not more than three (3) years. Applications for rene 1 <br /> shall follow the same procedures, be subject to the s e <br /> requirements, and pay the same fees as a new application fora <br /> Second Unit Dwelling Permit; <br /> (4) Construction Standards. The mobilehome shall be constructed o <br /> meet the minimum standards of the National Manufactured Housi ig <br /> Construction and Safety Act of 1974 . <br /> BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION <br /> 1. Obtain a mobilehome installation permit. <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> 1. Destroy the existing well that is within fifty (50) feet of the <br /> existing sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy of tle <br /> second unit dwelling (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 186 , <br /> Section 5-407) . <br /> 2 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) . <br />
