STANDARD REQUIREMENTS SD-92-231 PAGE TWO (g) Public Sewer and Water. In urban centers, both the proposed second unit dwelling and the existing single family dwelling shall connect to a public sewage disposal system and to a public water system; (h) Other Codes. The second unit dwelling shall conform with all the requirements of the Local Health District and the County that are applicable to residential units in the zone in which the property is located; (i) Requirements for Mobilehomes. If the second unit dwelling is a mobilehome, the following additional requirements shall apply: (1) Additions. No permanent room additions shall be allowed, but patio covers constructed of the same materials as the mobilehome shall be permitted; (2) Skirting. Skirting constructed of the same materials ase mobilehome shall be installed; (3) Time Limit. The Second Unit Dwelling Permit shall be effect' e for not more than three (3) years. Applications for rene 1 shall follow the same procedures, be subject to the s e requirements, and pay the same fees as a new application fora Second Unit Dwelling Permit; (4) Construction Standards. The mobilehome shall be constructed o meet the minimum standards of the National Manufactured Housi ig Construction and Safety Act of 1974 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION 1. Obtain a mobilehome installation permit. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES 1. Destroy the existing well that is within fifty (50) feet of the existing sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy of tle second unit dwelling (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 186 , Section 5-407) . 2 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) .
