STANDARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> SD-92-231 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the building permit (Development Title Section- 8- <br /> 1145. 5) . <br /> 2 . The Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the <br /> road right-of-way (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application for mobilehome on permanent <br /> foundation or 15% at the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a <br /> temporary foundation. (The fee currently is $2, 882 . 00 per <br /> single family dwelling unit in the Stockton area. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-92-1025) . <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> NOTE: The new address for the second unit dwelling is 6443 East <br /> Ashley Lane, Stockton 95212 . <br />
