Yosemite Avenue, Manteca, California <br /> ARCO Fac. No. 6020/Our Job No. 3518 <br /> Dear Carol: <br /> In response to your request for additional information <br /> (dated October 31, 1990) , I am forwarding to you the following <br /> information: <br /> 1. Please see the enclosed revised Application for Removal <br /> of Tanks with regard to the number of tanks, size, and <br /> content. <br /> 2 . The permanent EPA site number for this facility is <br /> CAL000043382 . <br /> 3 . A copy of the completed contractor questionnaire is <br /> enclosed for your files. The contractor has forwarded <br /> • the original directly to your attention. <br /> 4 . The tank tracking manifest will be filled out at the time <br /> the tanks are removed from the site. Typically, this is <br /> the responsibility of the on-site ARCO engineer at the <br /> time construction begins. <br /> 5. As we discussed, I will indicate the approximate <br /> locations of the existing underground tanks on your plan <br /> check sets of plans. Please note that these locations <br /> may not be exact due to the lack of historical <br /> information for this site. <br /> 6. A signed Authorization to Release information. <br /> 7 . In accordance with your requirements, the LEL reading <br /> will be below 9 before the tank is removed from the <br /> excavation. <br /> 8. The following procedures will be observed for the triple <br /> rinsing of the tanks: <br /> The tank interior walls and bottom will be water <br /> blasted or high pressure washed using a suitable <br /> detergent, if required.
