Within 2 weeks of receipt
of drilling permits from the San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health
EMCON will begin Geoprobe sampling activities. The estimated cost
and proposed scope of work are based on information available to EMCON at this time.
If conditions change, unforeseen circumstances are encountered, or the scope of work is
expanded the cost estimate may require modification.
EMCON appreciates the opportunity to be of continuing service to CPL. If you have any
questions regarding this work plan please contact George Forsythe or Steve Strait at (209)
275-4968.
Sincerely,
EMCON
George Forsythe Steve Strait, R.G.
Staff Geologist Branch Manager
Attachments: Tables 1, 2, and 3
Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5
Appendix A
FRE/H\wp'proposaN"9506056.wp5-95 gtf:l
