My 1 May 1996 letter requested that further <br /> investigation be done to determine the threat that contaminated soils pose to groundwater. Your <br /> Response includes a proposal to monitor the groundwater for four consecutive quarters and submit <br /> reports that will include specific recommendations. <br /> Your proposal is appropriate and hereby approved. There is no need to submit a separate work plan for <br /> implementing the groundwater monitoring program.
