Inc. et al: Thank you for submitting your RUST (Removal / Repair of Underground Storage Tanks) loan request package. It i-s nearly com�lete, but I have a few items and questions as follows: 1 . Please note: On August 21 , 1992 we were notified by the Department of Commerce that financial reporting requirements have changed for the direct loan program. Now, 3 years of tax returns and financial statements are required. In addition, current financial statements must be within 60 days. This is now in effect for both business information and personal information. Corporation: You submitted 9/30/91 and 9/30/90 financial statements for the corporation, but did not include a current statement. This statement should be as recent as possible, at least 6/30/92. This statement must include an income statement (profit/loss for the same period). The current statement must include a "Financial Statement Certification". We now need the corporate 9/30/89 tax return. Partnership: We need 3 years of financial statements. This must include a current financial and income statement (within 2 months- -at least 6/30/92). The current statement must include a "Financial Statement Certification". We need a Schedule of Current debt. We need three years of tax returns for the partnership. Individuals: A current financial statement (within 2 months--at least 6/30/92) . The current statement must include a "Financial Statement Certification".
