If you <br /> have filed an extension past 8/15/92, we will need a copy <br /> of the extension application and your 1988 tax returns. <br /> 2. Since the subject property is considered to be contaminated, I must advise <br /> you that the State most probably will require different real property as <br /> collateral. To save time, you may wish to submit a different legal <br /> description for property that you want to offer as collateral. A legal <br /> description is the description on a recorded document such as a grant deed <br /> or a deed of trust. It is not the parcel number. <br /> 3. Please indicate who can sign for both the corporation and the partnership. <br /> 4. Please be aware that the State requires that you put at least 10% of the total <br /> cost into the project. I understand you have incurred and paid some expenses <br /> that the State may accept as your portion of the 10%. Please send an <br /> explanation/description of these expenses, the amount, and the date they were <br /> incurred/paid. If the State does not accept all of these expenses or they <br /> are not sufficient, please include were the additional funds are to come from <br /> to complete your portion. <br /> 5. Please send the Permit to Construct, when you have received it. <br /> 6. You included a 7/14/92 and 8/23/91 manifests from hazardous waste removal for <br /> oil. Are you only removing these annually? The State (Department of <br /> Commerce) is now requiring the "three most current manifests". Please send <br /> the three most recent. In addition, you did not include any manifests for <br /> used antifreeze disposal. Please send the three most recent. <br /> 7. The State is now requiring a copy of the complete application to the State <br /> Water Resources Board. Please submit this with the above information. <br /> I have enclosed a checklist for your convenience. The highlighted items are what <br /> I still need to process your request. <br />
